She admitted that she did not connect but still did not refund. She rudely cut the chat off. We pay for a service and then we dont get it.

I am a bit worried/skeptical about your predictions just because I have been told lies and have been burned before by a lot of psychics but you seem to be pretty good and I will let you know what happens.
