what is the easiest way to unblock chakaras without paying. I tried paying a couple of people but that didnt help. Ive been told by several people that my chakaras are blocked, and from what Ive been reading about chakaras it makes cense. I want to open them but from what I have experianced so far with the help of others im realising that i have to do it myself. I am lazy thats why i chose to have someone work on me, and they said nothing about me haveing to do anything. how can i open them myself (with minamal effort as possable) I get board easy and cant stand sitting still.
