I really love to get an apartment in a specific area. But it has been few days when we call the owner he doesnt pick up. He told us before that accepted us to be his tenant. But, my mother found an apartment which i do not like the area and i feel is not safe. Can you tell me what is going to happen? Am i able to rent an apatment in end of December in that area that i want?
