How do I contact people in live chat?!

Hi all

I’ve asked a couple of questions, and have been asked to contact people in live chat. I may want to do this when I have the money… But I don’t know how! I’m in England (calling is not an option). I use the Internet via my phone. I have no idea how to go about contacting people

Can anyone point me in the right direction

I am not sure if you can access the Chat option from your phone.

you can only access chat from a computer as chat require adobe flash player 10 and above and mobile phones are not compatible. I would suggest go to a library or internet cafe or any place that has internet access. You also need a paypal account and a credit card/debit card to put funds into your paypal account.
