A recent and significant accomplishment includes authoring and implementing a project plan for a large pharmaceutical company to migrate their production, development and test applications on an agreed-upon schedule over the course of seven months. The project completed on-time, within budget and instituted new levels of standard practices to raise issues and provide resolutions.
