Over three decades in the high-tech industry as a sales executive, sales professional, and systems analyst has given me a unique set of skills that can be applied to most sales situations. As a sales manager for several Customer Relationship Management (CRM) vendors, including GoldMine and SalesLogix, I have a unique combination of selling skills, sales management, and CRM experience. I have built and managed large and small sales organizations, created several successful sales processes, and have worked with hundreds of companies on their CRM planning and implementation strategies, as well as Sales Processes. Currently, I am President & Founder of PEAK Sales Consulting, LLC where I work with companies to help them acquire and retain customers. In addition to being a Sales & CRM consultant, I am a speaker, author, trainer and radio show host. My books include CyberSelling, CRM for the Common Man, and Smart Marketing.
