I have over thirty years working in sports medicine, injury prevention, nutrition and rehabilitation. Included owning and operating a rehabilitation facility for 18 years. Worked with elderly, the very ill as well as Olympic and world champion level athletes. For example: Marathon swimming with one, Phillip Rush, setting five English Channel swimming records in a single swim which was and still is the only non-stop triple crossing!

I am the brother of Olympic Marathon Bronze medalist Lorraine Moller (Google her name for more details). I have competed in many different sports, namely running, cylcing, mountain biking, triathlon, multisports, downriver kayak racing and mountain running. I have four active children, the oldest (Myra) has represented NZ at junior world championship and Commmonwealth Games level in mountain biking.

Nowadays, I work on my own as an independent commentator and advisor on health and fitness issues and as a natural health advisor, offering alternatives to usual treatments of pharmaceuticals and surgery.
