I am a 4 year post op LapBand patient. I have lost over 100 lbs. I have spoke for my doctor at his seminars. I am a non licensed nurse (retired) & have both the patient & the medical background knowledge regarding the Lap Band & other weight loss surgeries. I have mentored many patients off line & have decided to take my business online. I have an online support group that allows me to support those individuals that either cannot, do not want, or are embarassed to go in public for weight loss support groups. I will work on your emotional addiction to food as well as the physical aspect of the side affect etc. of weight loss surgery. However, I must say, any information I give you is at face value – you must ALWAYS follow your doctors order and take any information that I give you as personal information. Your doctor knows you best – all patients are different. It is so important to have knowlegable & understanding support while going through the long weight loss process and you have just found it!
