forget about fancy terms. how about almost 10 years learned from costly and time consuming mistakes, miscommunications,misunderstandings of dealing aboard. Nights and nights of phone calls to oversea, weeks and weeks of time walking on the factory floor in Shenzhen? months and months of waiting for shipments to arrive and customs to clear. at least 100000 flight miles every year? if that’s not enough pain you can learn from me, i can not help you.
