I have a Bachelor of Physical Education degree that I received from the University of Alberta. My major at University was Athletic training and conditioning. I ran a personal training business for 10 years. I trained clients in the gym and the swimming pool. I have been a lifeguard, swimming instructor, and swim coach. My hobbies have included rock and ice climbing, weight training, swimming, scuba diving, and kayaking, and hiking. I wish to share my knowledge base with anyone that would like to choose a healthy lifestyle.
