I am a Registered Dietitian, certified as a Pediatric Nutrition Specialist and certified in Pediatric and Adolescent Weight Management. I am available for online consultation from 8 am to 9 pm on Tue,and Thu. My hours on-line vary depending client requests and my in person appointments (e-mail or telephone for appointment if I am not online). I provide nutrition consultation and follow-up for infants, children, adolescents and adults. My consultations include: 1) Assessment of current overall nutritional status, 2) Evaluation of area of concern (e.g. weight, hyperlipidemia, chronic disease, feeding difficulties, eating disorder, etc). 3) Discuss possible nutritional interventions with client. 4) Facilitate client in coming up with a short list of goals for interventions he/she is willing and able to do. 5) Follow-up within 1 to 4 weeks to evaluate progress on intervention goals and help client to develop additional goals.
