I will teach you: meridian tapping technique, affirmation use, visualization technique, energy healing, vocabulary modification and water consumption. You will learn how to tap into the power of the Universe to manifest your life’s desires and ultimately to love yourself.

I came to personal development late in life through a series of health issues resulting in the dreaded “6 months to live” diagnosis. I chose life, and so started my learning process. I healed myself using Intuitive Energy Healing, but this wasn’t enough to heal all the other areas of my life. So then came Counselling, Louise Hay, Reiki and EFT Tapping, all of which I integrated into my own healing system, and which I now call Universal Emotional Freedom Techniques.

I learned to stay married and I’ve now been married for 35 years, which means picking up a few tips on relationships! People naturally gravitate to me with their problems and their concerns, and I now love to pass on all the techniques I have learned, so that they can solve their own problems in their own time. It takes time to absolutely know where you want your life to take you and how to manifest your dreams. Throughout countless counselling sessions, I have developed the patience to work through issues that seemed daunting until the keys to open stubborn locks are made known to you.
