- I spent 10 yrs in the competitve swimming and waterpolo circuit. The conditioning and swimming workout plans, I can offer are the same one that took me to the state championships 4 yrs in a row. - i have been working out for 14yrs and have had my personal training licence for 6yrs. Having a family member with a permanent physycal limitaion (due to sports injury) has helped me become extremely concious and meticulous in devising various workout plans. i strive to motivate people to push their own limits, with the goal of recovering faster, or simply being more fit than those around them. - eating and cooking are passions of mine! I LOVE to eat, but we all know the devestating results. since i like to stay in shape, over the years I figured out how balance eating junk food with eating healthy. it has worked great for me. I can also give you ideas on how to cook a healthy meal, which taste better than any fast food.
