I’ve taken training courses from Anthony Robins, Tom Hopkins, and read a lot of self-developement books. I’ve held several sales positions and even ran my own companies. I was also a co partner with a marketing company which specialized in different forms of advertising. Additionally, I’ve attend Nouveau Riche University, the only Real Estate Education that has the American Council on Educations Credit Reccommendation. They have a marketing program along with training and coaching besides their stellar Real Estate courses.

Having tried several marketing businesses I know which ones work and which don’t. I know what it takes to make in in a marketing business and different ways to market. I also know Real Estate Investing and have access to hundreds of investors. Coaching and self development is a big part of what you need and I can also asist with this.
