I am currently training for a marathon and hold the number one spot in my age-group(as of date). I have experience with overall running performance techniques, cross-training, marathon preparation, the benefits of yoga and swimming paired with running to maximize performance. I also offer running injury prevention and advice on how to make a winning comeback after an injury. Anyone interested in anything from running your first marathon to simply maintaining fitness…should talk to me!
Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Involved in research on sports performance and motivation.
An experienced runner who is considered one of the top running athletes in the city. I am currently a Group Fitness Instructor and the Director of Tranzformation Fitness. I’m also working on Yoga Instructor certifications as well as pursuing Personal Trainer certification.
