1996–2009 § Ensuring proper function and maintenance of every system, system administration and prompt repair of mal-functioning systems. n Recommendation of equipment purchases pertaining to IT related items; including but not limited to, Phone System Equipment, Telco lines, Ethernet Design, Routers, Hubs, Switches, Computers (servers and desktops), copy machines and other pherphials such as scanners, printers etc. n Creation of office policies reguarding IT related items. Polices often to assist in proper use of PC’s and phone systems. n Manage and track all IT related items, creating extensive documentation on where all equipment is, and to whom the equipment may be leased. n Recording, Programing and creation of phone system matrix (the prompts, and how the phone system reacts when selecting an option). n Creation of documentation for common tasks, complete w/ instructions and often pictures – to assist users with common and more complex tasks.

n Responsible for installation routes, service routes, Cable Modem installation & service routes, and “on-call” duties. n Repair customers P.C. that have been damaged via Cable Modem install, that cannot be fixed by others.
