Generally ok, and the lady is helpful. But the slowness of the connection gets in the way. Some questions weren't answered because of the lag.
Advisor's response: it was a glitch nothing more we do have tech issues alot.

She was nice and offered lots of time for the $10 deal but I still feel unsure and confused about the situation. There wasn't much clarity, unfortunately. Anyway, she was nice and generous but I'm not sure about accuracy and the predictions.
