I never leave unsatisfactory but I left the reading feeling like it was so vague - but I felt I should give you the benefit of the doubt - and wait 10 days (up to 10 days according to your prediction although I myself could have predicted this would resolve in less than 10 days.. I was looking for some accurate time frame)... well I just received the call that the issue has been resolved... so that's only a few hours after our call ... how did you get 10 days? Worst reading ever.
