I have played hockey at every level from beginner to currently at the collegiate level. My goal is to help you understand the game better and how it is meant to be played. I also have added knowledge on the training and discipline needed so you can play to the best of your ability. Through many years of playing, I have gained a lot of expertise in the fields of nutrition and sports medicine. I want to make you better hockey players in every aspect of the game.
