For the past five years, I have helped people who are confused in their relationship, manage their ADHD in the workplace or in their relationship.

CORPORATE COACHING: I help organizations bring out the best in their employees. As a Consultant, I can provide your organization with tools to manage a diverse team of employees including people from diverse cultures and ethnic background, EEO, Employment Equity. I can also assist you in understanding and accommodating people from minority groups and Disabilities be it internal and external. I also help in Time and Stress management and absenteism.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree from a Canadian University. I also have certificates in Crisis Intervention techniques, Train the Trainer, Adult training Worshop, Managing your time effectively. I am a good listener, non-judgemental, open-minded and a very good advisor. I always provide advice that is realistic and fair.

I have more than 10 years experience in the human resources field mainly dealing with Affirmative Action,Employment Equity and Managing Diversity (Women, Minorities, Disabilities etc) in the workplace.I advised managers on hiring and retaining minority group members and creating a workplace that is free from discrimination. Most recently I obtained a Crisis intervention certificate and I can also assiste individuals in their personal problem and guide them to the right direction.
