I have been interested in holistic health since I was 10. I remember refusing to eat the McDonald’s hamburger, for whatever reason. Soon after I started devising workout programs for myself.

Even though I had an interest early on, I actually developed severe health problems that crippled me for most of my young life, in every way. Basically I spent most of my youth listless, severely depressed. Its a miracle I was able to even go to college.

But that experienced literally drove me to understand health. I attacked health from every angle I could find. It led me to learn about all sorts of health-practices. Through that I learned how they are all connected. What works. What doesn’t. I learned things from the core.

Instead of just reading about something in a class, I actually researched and tested everything on myself. So I literally UNDERSTAND everything. Its not something I have to look up in a reference book. I’ve been through it.

I finally got to the other side with everything I have learned and am now functioning at a much higher level than ever.
