I am a Registered Dietitian, certified as a Pediatric Nutrition Specialist and certified in Pediatric and Adolescent Weight Management. I work with both children and adults with special diet needs or weight management issues. I am available for online consultation by appointment only (e-mail or telephone for appointment).

My consultations include: 1) Assessment of current overall nutritional status, 2) Evaluation of area of concern (e.g. weight, hyperlipidemia, chronic disease, feeding difficulties, eating disorder, etc). 3) Discuss possible nutritional interventions with client. 4) Facilitate client in coming up with a short list of goals for interventions he/she is willing and able to do. 5) Long term follow-up to help client evaluate goals and develop new goals as needed. I can best help a person to make changes with frequent follow-up.

(Provided nutrition assessment and intervention as well as consultation to parents, physicians and other health care providers for children and teens with chronic and acute illnesses, and children with special health care needs.

2006-current: Private nutrition consultation for infants, children, adults (including all of the above as well as eating disorders, cholesterol and triglyceride abnormalities and diabetes).
