I provide coaching and self-management education for people with type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes to help them acheive and maintain good blood glucose control. I also help them manage other diabetes related health conditions like weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol.

I work regularly with people in all stages of diabetes, from those who are newly diagnosed, to those have had diabetes for 20 years or more. I have lots of experience with all types of diabetes therapies, diet and exercise, diabetes pills, insulin and insulin pumps.

I also work with people who have prediabetes, metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance and PCOS who want to lose weight and prevent diabetes and heart disease.
