I entered the retail travel industry in the UK in 1965. By age of 19 travelled around the world. Worked with major travel trade companies such as Horizon Holidays UK, Thomas Cook Travel, Sears Travel, Uniglobe Travel International & Western Canada. Owned and operated my own travel agency and travel accessory store. Entered the training arena as the Director of Training & Development for Uniglobe in 1983 and I’ve been training and consulting ever since. Started SMP Training Co. in 1999.
