Sattva Ayurveda, a branch of Ayurveda that assists people in their inner developmental and healing processes.

I like working with people as this allows me to continue learning and growing as a person and professional. It also enables me to further refine the application of diagnostic skills, counseling and therapy in support of cultivating awareness as a basis for health promotion and inner personal development. During the 1-on-1 educational sessions with the persons I meet I give detailed feedback on ongoing deeper lying processes. Through what I feed back from the diagnosis a person starts to experience the same from a completely different angle of vision and from a larger connection. This elicits a permanent inner transformation as a basis for health promotion, ‘affective’ behavior, communication, integrative leadership and more.

BA – Health Sciences, MSc – Ayurvedic Psychology and Medicine, PhD candidate – Sattva Ayurveda / Systems Awareness.

Activities: Research & Development, Write, Teach, Practice

Objective: To personally assist and stimulate students and individual persons in their inner personal development, process of self-integration, self-transformation or (self)healing.

Instruments: Systems Awareness (Sattva Ayurveda), Ayurveda medicine, Ayurvedic Marma therapy (inner tuning), Lifestyle and diet counselling, Contemplative practice and education, Yoga therapy, Sound and healing.

During the past 16 years I have been dedicated to the systemization of knowledge and practice of Systems Awareness (Sattva Ayurveda). In order to make its theory and practice available to a larger audience it has been developed in connection with Systems and Process philosophy. I am presently trying to promote the practice of Sattva Ayurveda (Systems Awareness) through research, education and practice.
