How about allowing clients to sort by the listed fields (such as price and feedback rating).

I wouldn’t be able to find anyone I’d want to get advice from on here without a lot of pain at the moment, as the search isn’t great, and then there is no good way to filter the results.

Are you allowed to make a conference call either on the client or on the advisor side? How is this charged? Like when you are going to offer an online transation service between two or more parties.

One more, some services such as teaching something or just helping anyone with their computer may need more than the chat and the voice, such as a presentation or some other document sharing. Is there any integration to other services (or issues in using them) such as Unyte?

In response to your questions:

1.) The Skype software does not allow conference calls with two or more parties, so we don’t have a system in place for conference calls.

2.)Any program that works with Skype should be alright to use in order to enhance the experience of advisors and their clients. What I would recommend in the instance of wanting to use Unyte, you could pause the payment process and instruct the client to install Unyte. Then once it’s installed, you both can continue with the payment process and use Unyte together.

Someone called me just a few minutes ago, and I see her name in my History list. I would like to send her a message, but there is no way to do that. Or maybe I am unskilled…

Hello Peter,

The way you can send someone a message in case you missed their call is simple. Click on the “Home” tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the “Activity History” page. In that page you will see all of the activities of your account. You should also see any missed calls from clients. You need to click on the calendar icon to the right of the page and you can contact that person and arrange a meeting.

Bitwine is a Great concept! However I prefer people text me first before calling. Is that an option? Can it be?

You are absolutely correct and we have plans to implement the column re-ordering feature.

At this point we rely on the search engine to come up with the few names of Advisors that fit your specific need.

The order now is based on Availability and Ranking. We first show the Available advisors ordered by Ranking, so better advisors (that received better feedback from their Clients and that were paid more money doing so) come up first on the list.
