why do i keep having nightmares about aliens?.. its getting really annoying. and its a scary experience as well.

Also keep an eye on what meds you’re taking or going off of. There is a certain nighttime-sniffling-sneezing drug out there that gives a lot of people nightmares about greys. shudders

That makes sense. I’m on a lot of Meds, like ADHD Meds and also two depression Meds. Plus I’m trying to get off those meds

Getting off of any psychoactive meds will screw up your dreams for awhile.
