Does this work?...I am trying my hardest to help myself as in many different ways as possible. Does anyone know if this truly helps you get balanced?

it does work, but it is possiable that the negativity around you is too strong for you to acheive the best results yourself, ever thing of spiritual healing?

Well its all too expensive, the crystal itself is really very expensive. There has to be other things i can do myself…i am big on trying to help myself right now. For example my mother is very negative….i consciously just try to ignore it…but i was wondering if there were exercises i can do to release her negative energy from on or around me
