I really need a change of pace. I work in social service and I love what I do. I am not pleased with the company I work for I ve applied every where but got no call backs. Will I be getting a call back anytime soon or am I stuck here forever. I am grateful to have a job but need a change of pace. I been there 5 years.

I think in a couple of months, either an online friend, or an online search, is going to bring up an opportunity you hadn’t thought of before. The process will seem painfully long, some red tape – like a long application or interview process, or even a qualification needed – but I think you will get out of the job early next year at the latest.
