Call the police in the town where your mom lives. Depending on how busy it is in that city, the cops will send someone out to check on her.

Darrell, I agree with Aisha. I would advise you to, well, first try to call your Mom. Then, if you can’t get in touch with her I would suggest the closest Police Department to her last known location. If however, you simply want to know if there is some reason your mother has decided to cut off contact you I can certainly help you to explore that possibility, after you have determined her physical well-being through a phone call.
