***Falsely Accused of a Crime HELP***

I work for a loan company, my boss recently allowed me to work simultaneously between 2 depts.loans & collections so that I may accrue overtime hours. On Tue the police along w/ my director came to my desk & stated in front of the entire office I was being arrested for wire transfer fraud & my director stated I was terminated. As the police escorted me out they provided minor details stating that I attempted to wire over a collective $1000 from our consumers accounts & attempted to place it onto my Greendot prepaid card, as well as they stated that I attempted to do this while logged onto another associates account. While outside the officers said I am no longer going to be arrested & my director stated I am just suspended w/o pay.

Who was the supposed associate that claims I’ve done fraud and what may the outcome be? I’m terrified this will affect my ability to enter medical school if I am charged!

It is very sad that someone would do this to such a hardworking and sweet person as yourself. You know your are not guilty of doing this. Please do keep your head up, it will all come out in the end.!!!

Thank you so much LadyKatherine it’s very hurtful I have never stolen anything and I have a clean record I know alot of people were upset because they were not allowed to do the same duties as I but to go as far as this accusation is ridiculous. I need help from a psychic asap!

Thanks so far the detective told me who is responsible im not sure the outcome due to me still being on suspension its scary. I keep trying to contact the detective to see the status and still no answers

I know you didnt do this, I believe this goes higher up than you might think. you are going to have to fight like heck to clear your name. my biggest advice is dont let this go, fight it, give it all you have they are looking for someone to pin this on, and they feel they have found this in you. dont let that happen. and i would be more than happy to help in anyway i can.

OMG Ms. Tam your your correct the detective told me that my the supervisors and owner falsified the police report! No evidence was directed towards me at all I’m going to try to consult with you asap thanks alot

Is there a possibility that this may be the beginning of a lawsuit for you? I would consult an attorney, one who doesn’t require a consultation fee and see what my possibilities are. If this took place within 180 days of being terminated, you may also want to contact the EEOC and the State Civil Rights Commission for violation of your civil rights as an employee in your state. I pray for you, but you should clear your name and your reputation. Take care.
