im trying to get readings but the chat keeps ending before i can go through whats wrong?

I had this problem one day and found it was my pop up blocker. could this be your issue? If not are you sure the Bitwine ap downloaded correctly? I don’t know if this helps. I can’t metaphysically help a computer but I can help you lol!
