Can anyone tell me why my manager treats me so unfair despite I work hard and do the right thing?

Will she leave the job or be sacked soon? her dob : 12 oct 1965.

If you have issues with her you need to air them with the HR department as it is their job to mediate between employees.

There will always be one person in the workplace that is like this the key is to not play into it rise above whatever they are doing. When they can see your not letting it get to you they generally find someone else to do this to. Perhaps she is threatened by you sees you as a threat to her job. But as stated you need to go to HR which deal with complaints. Whoever her boss is is a good starting point. If in the end you get nowhere look for another job and if they ask why your leaving tell them.
