An advisor connected with me before and now she’s saying she can’t connect . Why is that ?

Sorry you are having difficulty with connecting with an advisor.

I’m not sure why you’d have difficulty now except if someone hires me and then runs out of money when I’m doing a reading the ability to chat goes away. I usually go to the message center and send them an email message after that happens (to explain they need to go to chat again for me to keep reading for them).
