John messaged me last week. Hinted around to see me. I didn’t. I told him I would talk to him, if he ever wanted to “just talk”. He replied back, will do…please respect my boundaries My thoughts were – WTF? But, I replied no problem – tell me what those boundaries are and I won’t disrespect them. - no reply. I just messaged him – why do you have to act like such a$$ hole? Probably not the best thing to say to a man that for two years I’ve cared for- but thing is he has disrespected me for two years by running and not committing- he runs out of FEAR- He deleted me on the messaging – but I’ve done this song and dance before he will be back- but the thing is will I. How will this play out? I am seeing someone and shouldn’t even been talking at all to him, but the heart wants what the heart truly wants. I’ve either have to listen to my heart or my brain and their battling.

Well, I stood up and told John I was done being the one who is trying. Sorta, through his own words back to him. He two yrs ago accused me of the same- which was bs because I stood back so I wouldn’t push- and scare him away. Funny, because hes told me that’s why he runs – I push. So I’m damn if I do and damn if I don’t. That’s why I’m going to keep pursuing the one I’ve been dating. Great person. very loving and affectionate towards me and seems to adore me. I am going to honestly try to ignore the feelings I get when John and I part – I feel like I’m crazy- but I know I will feel them. I sense him and know when he’s going to come back around. I for two years have it down to a science – it’s always within a week of me feeling it. He comes back. It’s like I see him looking at me – as if he’s sorry. I know it won’t stop but I’ve got to ignore it when it happens. I’ve got to move past him and what ever this is.

Im also in a similar situation. Trying to focus on the new guy but my heart is being torn apart because i wush i could be with someone else. But my head knows he might not be the right person for me yet im still struggling with this

Ok, George you have a gift because this was 4 months ago and last night out of the blue I initiated contact. To open the door once more- Im with another man.
