Ok, so my ex and I were together for about 5 months, things were going great and we had an amazing connection and always had fun together. Just last week though she ended things. She told me that she wished things would work and wanted them to but they aren’t, she also went on to say that she was confused and on the fence. The breakup talk lasted for almost 2 hours, for me that is a long time to talk about breaking up, I believe she was trying to convince her self of the breakup then me. I told her I wanted to fight for her and didn’t want things to end but they did. So the next day she texted me at 430am and continued to text from 6am till I went to work at 8am, and then texted me all night after she knew I was home, this continued on the whole week. A few days after the breakup, some other girl I just met at the gym posted on my facebook, my ex saw it and got extremity jealous and angry, after I told her have no interest in anyone other than her she calmed down. Then she invited me out for a camping trip even though we are broken up. It has been a week now since the breakup and she is still talking to me on a regular basis. And to be clear, I have not initiated any of the conversations we have had, she has been the one to text me first all the time. I’m really confused about this whole situation so some advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also just found out that she is used to being with guys who treat her like garbage and I’m not that kind of guy
