I agree with Ashley. Whenever a guy is interested in someone they do make it known whether it’s through actions or words, even if they are shy/nervous. There will be hints that they do like you.

However, there are exceptions and sometimes they may not say anything unless it’s mentioned or whatever the situation may be. But generally, when a guy likes you, you should know :)
