I’ve always loved that saying Pixie. I honestly try to be a good person toward people as I don’t want to be ugly. I’m trying to learn to confront (those) I’m interested in instead of throwing it all out there and pushing away. (Like yesterday with him) he didn’t deserve it but then again I’m glad it’s out in the open now- I couldn’t hold it in anymore.

:) Excellent! We are all works in progress, or we wouldn’t be here! Holding it in is not good and I’m glad you didn’t. It’s uncomfortable and causes dis-ease in the body…disease! That’s really where all our illness comes from. That low vibration energy gets stuck and makes us sick.
