for the past 3-4 years, my life has just fallen apart in every aspect. I keep trying to tell myself it will get better, but it just doesn’t. I really need some help figuring out if this will ever change or if this is it. Did I do something wrong somehow that I need to fix? This is a last resort as I don’t know what to do anymore, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow I have to ask how is it that you let things go on that long if it were only 3 or 4 months then I wouldn’t be asking that but 3 to 4 years thats unreal. But you have come to the right place. Now I want you to write a list of every problem you face and then a plan to move forward for example

I have no job Make contact with 6 to 8 employment agencies and sign up for temp work while you look for permanent work. Make contact with companies directly you would like to work for sending them your cv which should not be more than 3 pages and a covering letter matching the type of work you would like to do the letter should outline your strengths, what you can offer and why they should hire you. 70% of jobs are not advertised. I would also place ads on noticeboards and the internet such as gumtree for work wanted. I would also put the word out that your looking for work to family and friends and ask them to let you know when jobs come up and refer you. Make sure you have 2 references you need to get permission to put them forward.

The above is just an example of how to solve a problem I am not saying this is what your dealing with just showing how to go about solving a problem.

I would speak to citizens advice beaureau and they can refer you to other organisations and some services are free. If it is legal issues your dealing with seek legal advice from a community law centre its normally free I would also apply for legal aid.

If it is financial go and speak with a budget advisor they can also write letters on your behalf and refer you in regards to debt consolodation etc. They can show you your options.

If it is trying to get pregnant then I would go to a clinic that specialises in pregnancy options and testing etc

If it is medical no advisor here is allowed to give you medical advice you need to see a doctor and get a second and third opinion don’t give up demand people take you seriously.

If your having relationship issues you might want to consider couples councelling but also have a read of win back love by annalyn caras and also catchem and keepem by christian carter they are very good relationship programmes that work.

If the issue is a problem ex then seek legal advice as to your best approach and keep a record of everything that happens dates times and what happens and whats said.

There is always a way round everything. Just don’t give up.

I would also advise having your aura cleansed just to get rid of the negative energy that may have built up from frustration and getting upset its not expensive you could go to a healing centre that specialises in it or do it yourself.

From this moment forward its about taking action by writing down all you face and solutions you can then take action and once things start happening the stress etc you feel will melt away and you will start to feel happier.
