In fact you live 16 times before you then have to decide if you want to become a spirit guide or start all over again. That dejavu you experience is from past experiences, the fear you have is from past experiences. Before you enter into the earth realm you decide who your parents are, who your partner will be, when you will die and other experiences the only thing you don’t decide is karmic debt which is what you carry over associated with life lessons. It is your soul and spirit which enters into the human body upon birth and departs upon death. The astral plane is where the dearly departed go when death occurs and is where we go when we dream and is how the departed visit us with messages.
