Jajah and Skype issues

This question has been an issue for me since starting to use Bitwine and still no satisfactory answer I have found. Firstly I do not wish to have skype linked to my Bitwine toolbar as I only get hundreds of spam callers every week and yes one can change the settings but I would rather not use it. Secondly if the client tries to use skype with me I do not know how to charge for that .. do I press ‘charge the client’ in the Bitwine toolbar? Thirdly, today I chose to try the call the client through the Bitwine toolbar and yes it called me up with Jajah only to be told that ‘I’ had only 2 minutes talk time.IS JAJAH CHARGING ME TO REROUTE THE CALLS TO MY HOME PHONE??? This really scared me off as again how do ‘I’ charge a caller who has hooked up through jajah???

Answers would be appreciated from admin please

Now I have just seen that indeed I was charged over 1 dollar for the connection to a caller through Jajah and I would like this explained as I am at the point of not using Bitwine further until these important questions for all new people are answered. Whenever I begin the toolbar Bitwine activates Skype there seems to be no way to unlink them and yet Jajah is charging me to take a call?? How are clients going to be charged to call me throuhg either skype or jajah as it seems that I am the only one paying.

Yes, you have to click the “start charging” button in order to charge the client. Yes, Jajah does charge a connection fee! I haven’t been doing Skype or Jajah calls and have just been charging through the chat client with success. I imagine that you could close the Skype icon in your task bar and then don’t invite clients to Skype or Jajah if they call you through the BitWine chat client. Contact support if you get confused though, as I’ve found them very helpful!
