The fall solstace is a time for reflection. Out with the old and in with the new. This can be done many different ways however the most popular is to sit down with 4 pieces of paper or dividing a paper into 4 sections whichever you choose.

On the first paper or section write down what you have achieved over the past year, what you have been given and what you are thankful for.

On the second paper or section write down those things in the past year that you have that you would like to give away.

On the third paper or section write down those things you wish to carry forward into the coming year that you have learned great lessons from.

On the fourth paper or section write down what you would like to achieve over the next year.

Once you have done this read over each section and begin to give away the things you would like to than tuck this piece of paper away in a safe place and every few weeks take it out and start to do what you need to in order to accomplish the things in each section.

By doing this you are accomplishing some of the most important parts of your life in order to continuously move forward rather than be stuck in the past or just being at a stand still in your life.

Everyones life needs to continue to evolve in one way or another. Fall is the best time to do this so that you may start getting prepared for the winter months that you have coming forward.

Many do not really know how to reflect on their own life and they need help to see things more objectively. This is when people talk to someone such as psychics who have the abilities and gifts to help guide them.
