Now is the time to put yourself first.

Radical honesty can be jarring & intimidating at first, but if it is done with a loving heart the people who truly deserve to be in your life will eventually come around.

Additionally, if a relationship is draining, abusive, or dysfunctional, it requires attention, reflection, and positive action.

Don’t be afraid to break ties or end commitments if walking away is the for best and highest good of all.

Please take time for yourself today. Carefully balance your energy before reaching out to help every one else.
