Breaking News – New Chat with Per-Minute Charge

We worked hard lately and made some significant progress on many fronts. We thought it is time we show you all of that as well.

We have listened and we have made significant improvements to reduce any possible friction for Clients to use the system, and the time to set a Client up.

Clients can now access Advisors without registration, without any installation, and even without a PayPal account. Clients can get to the advisor page and leave message if the Advisor was off-line. If you are on-line then they can Chat, and pay using Credit Card.

Without requiring the Client to have the BitWine Taskbar or even Skype, Clients may be invited to a per-minute charged call over the phone, or over Chat, where the client does not pay for the call.

In fact for you the Advisor it’s like having an 800 number, which you control in the sense that you decide when to invite the Client for that call. Plus you do not have to reveille the phone number. You invite the client, the client enters his/her own phone number on his/her side and the system calls both sides.

To your requests we have added a button that helps you, the Advisor, save the Chat for your own records.

If you are wondering how much all this effort will cost you, the answer is simple NOTHING. We are using Jajah as our phone service and when you invite a client to a call there is a very low cost of about 3C/minute for calls in the US. Still, ther are no monthly fees what-so-ever.

For those of you (Advisors) who are using Macs, we will soon support that, for the Clients however we now support Mac. Remember they don’t have to do any installation so in fact we now support many other systems.

Please try our new features, if you are running the latest BitWine taskbar there is no need to install anything, the feature will simply appear next time someone start chatting you. If you are not sure or want to try you can in fact install the latest taskbar from “here”:http://bitWine.com/download.

Once done, “Sign In” to BitWine and “click here”:http://www.bitwine.com/phone_setup/edit to make sure you are all set with your phone option.

After you are done simply Sign Out (top of the page). Find your page on BitWine and start chatting with yourself (you can do that now to learn how it works) and notice our new look and feel.

Now, try the new functionality. After the Taskbar chat is open, please click the “more” button on the Chat Window to expose all the Invite options for Skype calls or Phone calls and some of the new goodies.
