We are the architects of life!

Tristan Prettyman is easily one of my favorite singer-songwriters. In her song “Back to Home” she sings about losing our way in the world for a time but eventually knowing every road leads us back to where we belong.

One of the most beloved verses begins with the phrase “we are the architects of light.” That phrase has always spoke to me on many levels. It shows me that we as a people can create conditions that promote fear, separation, and war or we can be the creators, architects, and engineers of divine power and divine love.

Essentially, we can be architects of our own destiny. Hence the message “architects of life.”

Don’t let anyone tell you how your life is going to go or what is possible for you. Ultimately, you hold the pen and it is with the strength of creator and the wisdom of your soul that you weave webs of bright light into everything you do.

The future is not always written in stone. We can project for a better tomorrow individually, locally, and globally.

YOU ARE THE ARCHITECT OF LIFE.
