unregistered Clients

I am recently having a lot of calls from unregistered clients and as soon as I do a connection they just left the chat and saying no sorry the situation is not right. 5 clients in a row each day and all of them unregistered clients. I m becoming a bit suspicious and hope i m not becoming paranoid. Is someone else encountering the same thing those days ?
