We don’t like to be in the middle of chaos and confusion. We don’t like to be in the middle of hardships. We get tired of the naysayers, the fault finders, the rumormongers, and the gossipers.

There comes a moment in life where you decide to get up and become a fighter. Fighter to thrive in life. Instead of being the survivor you choose to thrive and become alive.

The mental toughness comes into play when you decide you’ve had enough of missing out in the happiness of life. We like to complain about our circumstances.

What truly is happening? Those players in your life are building your character. They are getting you where you need to be in life. Most likely you are complaining and making excuses. Do something different.

These people are teaching you where to set your boundaries emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally.

Teaching you whether you will quit or give up on you. Will you give in and quit? Will you give up? Will you keep making the same choices. Will you choose to stay in toxic relationships? Will you choose to choose a healthy relationship? Will you choose to make a habit of quitting and giving up?

We can do toxic relationships as many times as we want too. How many times do you want to practice being harmed? When will you decide the same methods and mindset aren’t getting you where you want to be life whether it’s relationships, education, or job.

The hurdle of mental toughness is your biggest challenge in life. What are you doing to build your mind stronger. What is your plan? What is your strategy to win in life?

The key: What are you doing? It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing. This your life. The focus is on your actions, your willingness to do something about your circumstances instead of waiting for someone else to rescue you.
