The Bitwine associate asked for a credit card to verify my paypal…but I am not safe with the fact of charging

and the phone setup I don’t want to pay through separate services is there a better way to set that up.. I mean kasamba goes straight to your phone not another service

will Bitwine be taking my money when I charge a client I will receive it in my account Bitwine has not access to mypaypal do they?
