deleting account

I am trying to delete my account alexd182. I contacted support a few times but got no response. Is there anything I can do to delete it?

If you have not heard back from support it means we somehow can not send you e-mails.

If you have not done so, please write to support@bitwine.com and your account will be removed. You should write to the support from the e-mail on the account or they do not have any way to ensure it is you asking.
