How do I deactivate and remove profile?

I recently set up an advisor profile and account. After going through the whole process of entering my info, getting a photo, downloading Skype, and getting paypal in order the bitwine taskbar client failed to install properly and will not properly uninstall or reinstall. So far tech support had not been able to help. At this point I want to deactivate my account and remove my profile. I don’t see any instructions for this in the rather sparse help files available. How do I do this? |

I am updating this post. customer service has been great. Everything is now fixed and working fine. I will be leaving my account active. |

I would still be interested how an account can be closed as I no longer wish to offer services on BitWine. |

For the few who ask about how to cancel an account, please send a mail to support@BitWine.com and ask us to remove you. We appreciate if you add a reason so we can improve. In general there so few that we have decided to keep this manual. We are a free service and most people don’t have a downside in keeping an account active. Note that an account can also be made hidden, so that it is not listed on searches, but is is still active. Thanks Alon ... |
